The only problem is that after a while we tend to forget what items was packed in which box. This problem is actually easy to resolve with a labeling machine.

Handheld model labeling machines are the best option and solution. They are not hefty to carry around and the owner can carry the labeling machine to the intended place of work and continue there. HP IPAQ 211 Keeps Your Day Organized

Sunday, July 25th, 2010

Some people are just born with computer skills. They can spend hours in front of the screen without feeling the time passing by. Well, I am not one of them. I have always enjoyed traveling, meeting people personally, talking to them. Of course, these days it is impossible not to use a lot of technology every day, but I tried to do without it as much as I could.

My company decided we all needed to organize our time better. I’m sure a lot of people were slacking on the job, but I sure wasn’t. Besides the laptop and company phone all employees were given when they were hired, the company decided to give us something else, as well. It was a small device, and I must confess I had no idea how that was supposed to help us organize our time better.

They showed us how to use it, and they told us it was necessary to note everything down in it, from contacts to appointments. For some, that was easy, but for me, it was a chore, at least until I understood how it worked. Everything seemed simple enough, from that point on. Because I had so many things to do each day, I sometimes forgot to charge it, but I was lucky to find a car charger for it.

That’s how I got my hp ipaq 211 handheld, the gadget that knows everything. Everything we do, I mean, as we have to keep it updated daily, so that the company could check the amount of work each of us does. Due to the HP PDA people started working extra hard. I have always worked really hard, so nothing has changed in my daily schedule.

Actually, this PDA has changed something. My bosses took notice of the hard work I have always done for the company, so I got a promotion. That was something I owe to my iPAQ, just as my new car is owed to it, too.

What Is A Dry Erase Board Calendar?

Saturday, November 7th, 2009

Things can get pretty crazy in my home, especially as I have two hyperactive children. My family’s normal weekend plans are filled to the brim with things to do. But something was always going wrong, we were either late for an appointment, forgot to pick someone up on time or just plain old forgetting to do something important altogether. Then through the help of a good family friend we discovered the power of the dry erase board calendar.

We came to this decision after a Saturday that was just too much to bear. I went online and searched for ways to organize my family life and that is where I found the dry erase board calendar. To me this works like using plastic storage containers to organize your closet, only with this you are organizing the lives of you and your children.

The toughest part of using dry erase board calendars is selling the idea to your kids and getting them to use it. Bring it up to them when they are in a good mood so they will be more willing to listen, and even participate. My approach was to pitch the concept like an advertisement. Personally I have yet to meet a child that jumps for joy at the thought of being organized, and I’m sure there are even less who would like to schedule their time. I made it a point to stress on the many times that I made them late for practice or how I forgot to pick their friends for sleep overs. The trick is to make them feel that having this calendar will benefit them more than how it will benefit you.

Dry erase boards are really wonderful because you can basically erase and write in things as they happen. You don’t have to mark out an activity or change a sheet, you simply erase and re-write and your work is done. It’s time to get organized. Get everyone involved by making an outline of the days in the week and what will be happening on them. Start with the important activities; soccer practice, rehearsals, meetings, trips out of town, class schedules and so on.

It will not be the easiest thing to get your family in the routine of using the dry erase board calendar and in the beginning there will be glitches. But keep working on it and eventually they will be having fun getting to things on time and doing what they want to at the right times.

Does it seem like you are never getting things done when you want to? A dry erase board calendar will be able to help you organize your time better.
