Most of the parents are extremely busy in the mornings. It seems that there is always no time do work in early hours of morning. Though time can be saved by several techniques and also much more work can be done with good time management.

Eliminating time wasting activities is a major way to clear out more space for other things. One key time waster is television. For one thing, you can stop watching TV just to fill time. Turn off the TV rather than watch programs you don’t really like in the first place.
I’m not advocating cutting out television altogether. If there are shows you love, you can still watch them. Just consider videotaping them or recording them on a DVR. No matter where you go, you will likely find people who feel that they are under too much stress as a result of the pace of modern-day life. Our days seem to blur together, and we feel that we have no time to sit down and think about things.
However, such constant stress may be harmful in the long run. Being under chronic stress puts you at risk for health problems like heart disease and hypertension.
To reduce this stress and the health risks that it imposes, we should learn to relax in the face of stress rather than be intimidated by it. Relaxation is an important aspect of both mental and physical health.
It doesn’t seem that we’ll ever get away from stress completely. Some people have actually learned to accept their stress and channel it into more positive outlets. Stress can actually be a great motivator for us to continue working at improving our own lives.
While some use stress in a positive way, most people aren’t so lucky when it comes to stress. They allow it to burden them so heavily that they lose control and it takes over their lives. Life in the big city is no simple thing. I guess we all know that and how it seems impossible to keep pace with anything. Anyone would find it all too convenient to just get lost in it and time can slip by so fast.
When I lost my job, it was then that all these things were made surprisingly clear to me. Despite how complicated this life can get, we must not lose sight and appreciate the simple joys of life. I decided there and then to schedule routine activities that will help me relax and just wind down.
I’d like to share three simple ways of doing so that I’ve found to be extremely helpful in this regard.
A great way to reward your self after a stressful day at work is to have a soothing warm bath.
Nothing can be as soothing as a hot warm bath after a stressful day. They can be physically and emotionally rejuvenating. You can tune in to your favorite music while slipping in.
You can also read a book as a form of relaxation. Read up on your favorite novels and just enjoy some quite time for yourself. Perhaps you can also organize a gathering at the end of the month with your friends to discuss the books that you’ve read within the month.
While it may not exactly be your ideal way of unwinding, running can be an excellent source of relaxation. It enables me to keep my mind off things and have that great feeling at the end. If you want to keep fit, this would be the excellent way to go.
I personally prefer jumping right in to a soothing warm bath right after a good routine run that keeps me feeling great all day.

Will power. We don’t want to actually look at that word as it feels like work! But what can one accomplish without will power? Envision the child learning to walk. If she didn’t own the determination to keep struggling after the first few falls, she would be hopelessly crippled all her life. We grown-ups should draw near our own obstacles with such determination. What we think is possible seems to become more and more impossible to us as we experience life. Many of us tend to put additional faith in our own failures instead of our own successes.
Our brains function like a navigation program and however we program our navigation system becomes our own reality. A lot of what we see may not even be what is in fact the case, but simply the fact that we see through the lens of our own beliefs. Think of the story of the man who was incorrectly locked into a refrigerated railroad car? He passed away after one night, although the refrigeration was not running. Because he assumed it was… his brain caused him to freeze to death.
If we have been unsuccessful before, we program that into our navigation system and the odds of disappointments in the subsequent venture multiply, depending upon how we see the failure. If we insist upon looking at failure as the end of the road, then disappointments turns out to be a routine. However, if we look upon failure as simply a course that didn’t succeed, then we can stay on the road until we achieve something. Where there’s a will there’s a way. This is true in most cases.
Building will power is just modifying your belief regarding your own readiness to pursue your ambition whatever it may be. Take a psychological inventory. If your thoughts and ideas seem to see you as having no will power, then begin working to change those thoughts.
At the same time you may build self confidence about your will power by keeping small promises to yourself. Negative ideas about yourself can be erased by creating up small achievements.
Similar to the kid learning to walk, imagine yourself walking, imagine yourself achieving that which you need the willpower to accomplish, and you will eventually be walking through the problems towards your goal.

Do you think that Im exaggerating when I say that I can make you two inches taller in two minutes?
It’s simple to grow taller. First, however, let me show something to you. Go stand in front of a mirror. If you look at yourself from the side you’ll notice that if you’re like most American’s, your head is jutting forward. This is from excessive time sitting with poor posture.
Modern have dictates that you will spend most of you time sitting. Unlike our ancestors who spent most of their time doing physical labor, we spend most of our time on our rears. In our cars. At the office. All day long we’re sitting.
Poor posture while sitting leads to host of problems. Most of them involve tightness on the front of the body. The hip flexors and muscles of the neck get especially tight. Sitting like this for too long will lead to long term problems like back pain and neck pain.
Now, back to the mirror. When you look in the mirror, sideways, you noticed that like most people, your head is forward and so are your shoulders.
All of this makes you essentially shrink. I was talking to a client awhile ago and he told me that he has shrunk 1-inch in the past 10 years. The reality is that he didnt really shrink. His posture simply fell apart. If you look at him from the side youll see that his head is resting not over his shoulders but over - air. There is no support from his bodies natural pillar-of-strength.
So, now, what is the solution to all of this sitting? How can you grow taller? Think “shoulders, back, and down.”
No, that doesnt stand for the Small Business Development-Center. SBD stands for shoulders- back-down. I want you to keep your shoulder blades pushed back toward each other and down toward your back pockets. Do this all the time. Youll notice that when you do this that your chest pops up. Also, when you SBD your head will pull back over your shoulders.
This will make you two inches taller. Youll also feel more confident. If you already have perfect posture and are confident, then this will make you arrogant (joking). Anyway, thats all there is to it!
