If you are not able to confront your teen or decipher how he really feels, ask around for someone who is close to him and get such information. Look around and see who he is closest to and try to squeeze the information out of that person.
Ever get a situation where you want your teen to do something and he ends up not doing it? It is because parents do not tell the reason behind such actions. If teens know what they are doing and why they are doing it, then they would fully understand the reasons for their actions.
Teens want freedom but in that freedom they will encounter many things along the way. This can ultimately mean that they will have to suffer more of what life has to bring which is why you need to explain to them that whatever action they do they will have to face the consequences that comes along with it.
Always have time for your teen even if it just for dinner or lunch a few times here and there. The more time you spend with your son or daughter when they are looking for fun, the more time you will get to know him or her better.
Respect is a give and take situation. As a parent, you should learn how to respect your teen as he will grow to respect you as a person as well.

Parents all over the world would agree with me, when I say that mornings are the most hectic time of the day for us. However, if you make some plans before time, I can assure you that you can save a lot of time, and still get everything done.
The best option can be to try and get some of the work done the night before. This can include washing dishes, preparing the lunch, taking out the uniforms and other clothes, etc. Also ensure that your kids get their stuff ready at night too.
Keep a stock of breakfast foods like yogurts and cereals, which will child, will enjoy eating, it will make them healthy and most of all, you will not have to waste any time in preparing them.
One more trick you can use, so as to save some time from your schedule is to keep the TV off in the morning. This will ensure that your children don’t waste time watching TV. They can be active in getting ready for school.
You can let your children watch TV, after they have prepared all their stuff and done everything to get ready for school.
Organizing everything would be the best option to be followed, since it would make the final process fast paced. You can separate all the items according to their priority or you can have each child’s stuff in the separate place.
Small things like hooks near the front door, to hang the school bags and jackets, would be wonderful to save time. Also, there can be small buckets, where each child can store his/her small belongings like ID cards, or locker keys, etc.

Nothing is quite like the rush of mornings. This is particularly true with children in the house. Time seems impossibly short in these wee hours of the day. There is hope to ease this mayhem with a few tactics and planning.
One method is to attack the problem at bed time on the previous night. Have the kids lay out their clothes they will wear in the morning. You can also have them double check their books and bags to make sure it is all there. The parent can take this time to make lunches.
If you are on a tight schedule, school days are not the time for a three course hot breakfast. Save that for the weekend. Stock up on easy to prepare breakfast meals such as cereal, yogurt, nuts and breakfast bars.
