Now, sit and write out your goals list. Writing them with paper and pen and keeping the list somewhere nearby is always best but you can also type them up on the computer. This way, when you feel your focus start to wander, you can pull out the list and look at it. You will be able to remind yourself where you need to focus without spending too much time off task. You can make these goals as big or small as you want. Just write them down.

Begin each day by making a list of the things you need to accomplish before you go to bed that night. Then, once you have written everything down, put that list into an order of priority. All of your high priority items go up top and the low ones down below. You can now use this organized list as a “to do” list. You won’t find a better feeling than the one you will get when you toss that completed list in the garbage at the end of the day.
